Former Gov. Chavit Singson Live in Partner caught in the act

According to the latest news, former Ilocos Sur Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson caught his live-in partner Rachel “Che” Tionson in the act with another man last August 22. Singson says during his radio interview this morning, the alledge lover of her live-in partner is a former ABS-CBN broadcaster but did not directly tell any name. He added that he even took a naked picture of this guy and tells that "Pinakamaliit na ari ang nakita ko, pang Guinness Book of World Records!"
Singson and Tiongson (a former fashion model) have five (5) kids age 16, 13, 12, 9 and 7 and this is not the first time that Singson caught Tiongson with another man.
